i put my hands together and fill them up with water. then i put my nose in the water and blow slowly for a while. that does the trick for me that is.

s*x, when you are blocked up down there you are blocked in the nose. So release & the stuffyness will go away. Have something ready to blow your nose cause when it is ready to come out you want it to come out.
