Anyone have any idea whats wrong?

Ok i just had a baby in January. January 25th 2008 to be exact. Last month i missed my period and took a pregnancy test. It was Negative, the next day my period started. it was so light that it was only there when i wiped and i only had it for 2 days. I took another test a couple days later incase it was implantation bleeding. That test was negative. I am late again this month and just tonight took another test that was negative. ( by the way i got pregnant while on the patch the first time) i have always been on birth control to regulate my period. Since i was 11 years old. I am now 21. I havent been on birth control in almost 3 years now though. I am positive for HPV. Could this be what messes up my period? I want to have my second baby soon because of the HPV all the women in my family ended up having their baby makers removed because of hpv the turned into cancer. So i am worried this to will happen to me. Which is why i am not on birth control now. Although i was taken off birth contol and put on the patch becuase i started skipping periods even on birth control. Im worried even though doctors tell me not to. Has anyone else had this and figured out what was wrong? It's hard to keep up with everything when i keep skipping periods . or does anyone have ideas to help regulate periods?
