My daughter is starting school next month and her school is peanut-free and also garbage-free. If anyone can give me ideas for her "nutrition breaks" that involve foods that won't spoil it would be greatly appreciated. She eats just about anything. I've already got the fruits and vegetables covered. I am wracking my brain for sandwichy type ideas. Tuna is great, the mayo spoils. Egg sandwiches are great, again the mayo spoils. Shaved meat sandwiches... you get the idea. Peanut butter used to be so easy.
