Anyone have any tips on how to keep my cell phones belt clip from sliding up and out my pocket?

My cell phones belt clip keeps sliding up and out my pocket where i clip it.I dont wear a belt and my front pocket seems to be a good place to clip it to but if i move around alot it slides up and out my pocket.

Phone is a LG VX8300 with standard oem LG/Verizon plastic belt clip.

Any ideas how to keep it from sliding up and out my pocket?Thanks.

glue a piece of rubber on to the clip or change the clip completely.
