Anyone have exp shooting w/ the predator 5k series..and would you recomend it?

I am a B+ shooter and have been shooting with a Mcdermott for years..it was cheap and I am looking for a cue that plays well and is not necessarily outrageously priced....the predators are resonable...just wanted players feedback ty in advance

In that price range I suggest you look into custom cues. You will find that the build quality is much higher, and the transition will be much easier from your McDermott.

I used Predator for a long time, and it is a quality product. Their cues do exactly what they say they do, which is reduce deflection. However, they're not for everyone. You really need to try one out before you buy. I switched away from Predator to a custom cue, and I have found that it is better suited for my current game, and I play better now. This may or may not be the case for you, which is why it is so important that you take the time to find and shoot with one before buying.

it all depends on you! try before you buy it.  the stick can't do all the work , i have shot with predator and viking and mcdermott all difference weight's though . you stroke is key to any shot no matter what the stick is.
