Anyone have experience with Ameriprise Auto Insurance?

Ameriprise (which is directly affiliated with Costco) gave me the best quote on my car insurance. I have researched for a while, but I have been unable to find reviews on people's experiences with their customer service. I'm hoping the Yahoo community can help me out. Thanks.

I've never run into anyone who was insured with them.

But not all companies write in all states - some are highly regional.  I'd guess (but don't know) that this is a regional carrier.

When in doubt, check with your state's insurance department to see if they are licensed to do business.
