Anyone have experience with shipping times from Lakeside Collections?

I'd like to order from Lakeside for the first time, but I am concerned that the shipping will be slow, or the items back-ordered. I've had experience with LTD where my items just took forever to come in. Anyone order from Lakeside that can tell me how long the items take?

I placed an order on 11/19, as of today 11/26, the order still has not shipped.  The status still says pending.  If you are planning on ordering for Christmas, order soon.
