Anyone have ideas about a theme for a dance?

We are having a dance for a bunch of teenagers and need a good theme. Any ideas that are good and avoid luau or sports would be helpful.

What about an 80s night? theres TONS of good 80's songs to dance to and dressing up is always fun.

Under sea theme. It allows the kids to choose any color dresses and the decorations can be fun to create.

I went to a Night in Paris theme dance! it was fun...also liked the one I went that was a night in paradise and a the other one had kinda a funky theme mostly just a party to party...
