Anyone have ideas for selling our home in Ft. Worth, TX?

I got married in Jan. this year. My sweetie and I both put our houses on the market. Mine sold 2 days after we got back from our honeymoon in Feb. We have had NO offers on his despite the fact that:

1. We offer a free 1 year home warranty

2. We've painted the exterior

3. We've completely painted the interior

4. We've put down new carpet, floor and mini blinds

5. We've fixed all the fences and updated the storage building

It's basically move in ready. We REALLY need to quite making 2 sets of house and utility payments.

Any ideas?

First question, is the house getting at least a couple showings a week?

I'm assuming you have it listed with an actual real estate agent, otherwise that's what you need to do.

If the answer is no, you're going to have to drop the price.  Not what you want to hear but that's the truth.

If the answer is yes, see if you can get some feedback about what people didn't like and fix it if you can.
