Anyone have (old!) Chicago US99 All Access weeks 33, 40 and 43?

I never caught the All Access codes for weeks 33, 40 and 43. I would greatly appreciate anyone providing these, if by any chance you still have them.

This is the first time I have asked a question in here -- so I hope this works right.

If you post a response, I would appreciate knowing how many US99 Rewards Points you have accumulated (just curious!).
