Anyone have the Graco - Quattro Tour Duo Stroller?

Question

We are in need of a double stroller. Our daughters are 16 months apart. I really like the Quattro, but I'm not sure. I want to know if the front seat reclines well with an infant carrier in the back. Thanks.

the review by momoftwobabes says the stroller doesnt recline with the carseat

"Nice stroller. Easy to steer and use. There are a few disadvantages...tight to fit in trunk of car...hard to get infant car seat in...and front seat cannot recline with infant car seat in stroller. Other than those I like it so far."
