Anyone have the basic suspension setting for the CRF 150R???

Try to find it out on the handbook that comes with your CRF.

25 to 30mm for static sag and 80mm for race sag.

Well if that doesn't work you can adjust it between 65mm to 80mm but much of the settings also depends upon how she is riding it but from memory the 80mm is the basic setting.
