Okay, towards the back, it has like awards for designers and stuff, and there's one up at the top that's like "Most Outrageous Designer" or something, and its picture is this model in a crazy blueish-purple dress that puffs in some places. Can someone plz tell me the name if htat designer? Thank you so much I just need the name
