I did this diet a year and a half ago, and have decided to go back on it to get a few more pounds off. I have forgotten alot of what I used to eat, but I think I used to eat Wendy's chili, but can't remember if this was a phase 1 or 2 thing. I am in phase 1, can I have the chili from there? please help, just trying to get lunch ideas. thanks!
