Anyone have workout tips?

I've been working out for a long long time and until recently ive been seeing good improvement. for the last year now despite working out ive been at the same weight and not shown much more strength. ive tried different workouts and everything. any tips?

  1. If you haven't already, you could try eating more. Do you think it possible that your muscle gain has escalated your metabolism to a point where you would naturally burn all of the calories you eat? You could of also plateaued, and you may need to work different muscle groups.    


  2. Look at what your eating, can you cut some calories.  Look at your work outs can you add in an extra 15min.
