Just tried to sign in and the page has changed, instead of the usual 4 drop down boxes which randomly ask for 4 numbers from your passnumber, they are now asking for all of your passnumber. When I typed it in,it's saying it's the wrong passnumber. Is this a site problem and has anyone else had problems this morning (internet banking)

  2. DId you get an email telling you to sign in or lose your account access> That is called a phishing scam and you'd better get in touch with the building society NOW if you followed this link because it's fraudulent.

  3. This is someone trying to get into your account. Talk to the building society NOW!

  4. It was fine when I checked it.  Contact them to be on the safe side - you can change your internet banking sign on details.

  5. CONTACT THE OFFICE IT MAY BE A SCAM!!!

Geeeze I hope for you it is not.

I have heard of bogus stuff before.

  6. You've been scamed, call you bank ASAP!!!

  7. I think the real Nationwide would have informed you of any changes well in advance.

  8. My log in has not changed, be very carefull in case it's a scammer at work. I never had 4 drop down boxes only 3!

  9. Just went to login page, it asks for your customer number, memorable data, and three of your passnumbers.  If you have entered your information in a different page you may have been a victim of a 'phishing' attack, you need to contact Nationwide ASAP as you may have given your security details away.

  10. Sounds like you have just given someone your passnumber and password - big oops.
