Anyone hear about what happened to this reservist when he got back from deployment?

for those who are to lazy to read the article, it talks about an airman reservist who had a very good job in the civilian world until he was called to duty in afghanistan.  after his deployment, he was fired from his job and he's sueing his employer because he claims they fired him for being deployed.

all i can say is it sucks for him and i wish him the best of luck, but i'm active duty and wouldn't know anything like that.
