my fertility friend chart has not actually showed any ovulation sign but on the last day of my egg white cervical mucus my temp started going up then 5 days later it dropped and next day went up so that confused me. also i am very tired and my husband was freaked out that i sat up on the couch while watching tv with him and layed a sofa pillow on my knees and layed my head and 45 minutes later woke up. and i even slept over 12 hours last night.

I got an implantation dip(s) (sort of), fertility friend picked it up as an implantation dip. There is a dip where I also recorded spotting (which turned out to be implantation spotting) http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/1da1...

But I have heard of implantation dips....although they do not happen to everyone, like implantation spotting. Would be great if we could see your chart - just include it in your homepage and paste the link (find it in home page setup on front page)

Mmmmmm.....after looking at your chart it really doesn't look like you have ovulated. Do you chart your temp at the same time every morning? Are their circumstances that may have caused your temps to be wrong (ie lack of sleep, fever etc)?

People can still have egg-white cm without ovulation. Temp charting is the best way to pin-point ovulation as the only thing that can cause your temp to rise is the progesterone produced by the corpus lutum after the egg has been released. Egg white cm is a good indicator - but does not actually mean you are ovulating (I learnt this looking into anovulation as I was experiencing this). I thought egg-white cm was a sure sign, and it's a great sign, but not completely reliable like temp charting. I'm about to log-off - email me or I will email you tomorrow.
