Ok i received one of these checks too and WARNING to all they are stolen and fradulant checks. I tried cashing mine and the police were called on me. And until this is straitened out I might be looking at charges against me. Word to the wise throw them away.

I just received a check from them too, worth some money...It's post-dated, then the address on the top of the check is fake, cuz its suppose to be Hampton, VA and not Hamton, VA.. So it probably is a big *** scam...but I could really use the money

I got a check also from all the above address's and I cashed it. If it is a scam it will come back. I tracked the person who sent it, their name was right on the check and he lives in Ca., the check was drawn on a Wells Fargo bank and there is non banks on the east coast. I am waiting it out to see what will happen. I have never been scammed before so thanks for the tip. I won't spend the money if the bank says it clears for one month. Should be interesting.

I just got a check for 3 grand in the mail. The check looks valid, I read and checked all the security features on the back, and it also has a live signature on it all I know is that I'm going to the bank and cashing it. My check is from a Wells Fargo account.

Yes, I received a check from wells fargo and its from the same company and address. I will be checking this check and live signature if its real or not. The postage is from turkey but the address is from UK.Its weird and it might be a scam.

I received a check from that same return address.   It is a Wachovia Bank check from Metal Tech of Central Fla, Inc.    Anyone know if these checks are legitimate?   Has anyone found these checks to be a scam?

yes my husband received the same letter......call your local fbi to advise them what is going on....also our check was from a doctor who is a real person but someone stole his checks.......google the address on the check and call them to find out whats going on...i called fbi to report it ...also the dr's accountant....please be a good citizen and report this ridiculous scheme.....also you can get in trouble if you cash  the check!!!
