Anyone heard of Nancy Khataei she is is Ballard, WA. I want her to do the bustle on my wedding dress. If anyone else has recommendations of someone please let me know as well i need it done asap my wedding is 8-23-08 I live in Snohomish County in Washington.

Too bad you are so far away.  My mother is a seamstress in Clark County WA who specializes in historical costuming.  She has a lot of experience with bustles.
