I'm having hallucinations in the daytime

I sleep very little

Very panicky

I've been seeing a psychologist, (who is useless)

Had past trauma & lost parents

    i think  the best you can do is go back to a gp/doctor and tell him/her whats going on with you and they can assess you and maybe refer you to something that will work for you.

    i'm sorry for the loss of your parents it must be so trumatic for you.

    have you thought of seeing a social worker  i found mine at a local church and she is free...

    hope things look up for you.

  2. Hallucinations usually occur from lack of sleep so you could suffer from insomnia(this may sound like something related to being insane but it just means you do not fall asleep easily.) Hundreds of thousands of other people also suffer from this. You should try to take sleeping pills to get to sleep easier, but don't take more then what is recommended. Get in touch with a therapist near you and start making weekly visits to them.

  3. Could be PTSD from the trauma and Anxiety. Can you switch to another psychologist? Some are way better than others.
