Anyone help a newcomer to Fantasy Football?

Here's my team after the draft, i obviously need a kicker, wondered what were my weak positions - players i could trade out, any advice received i'd be grateful.

manning- 9/10- 4000 30+ tds asusul

Maroney7/10-still needs to contribute more

Gore 9.7/10- mike martz will create a monster

Holt 8/10- age is a fctor, but 80 receptions or more.

Boldin 8/10-more of a possesion receiver, 70 catches.

Davis 6/10-yet to really do anything well

Johnson 5/10- BENCH HIM NOW

Baltimore- 7/10-2006 capabilities.

gaff-6/10-might lose job to chad jackson

Edwards-4/10-not starting

watson-8/10- great TE, but injury prone

Evans- 8/10 speedy burner should have another good season

Jones-7/10 solid starter

For a first time draft, you did pretty good.  J.Jones is a good sleeper pick.  If Davis doesn't do much...you have Watson to put in his place.  

I would keep things like they are.  Maybe slightly weak at backup QB but Peyton hasn't missed a game in a LONG time.
