Anyone help me open this bottle?

Tap it from the bottom with your other hand; that usually does the trick. You can also use a thick rubberband for a better grip.

Tap firmly all around the edges of the cap with the handle of a table knife.  This will loosen it just enough to get it to turn.

Run it under a hot tap for a few minutes

use a cloth to cover the top before you try to turn

Try running it under the hot tap - usually the heat slightly expands the top and helps you loosen it.

I have one hidden under my cabinets so nobody will know I can't open half the canisters I need to. lol

Try warm water on the lid too.

If you've got a small rubber mat, put it over the top before you twist, and it will give you a much better grip.

If it's a small top, try pliers at their widest opening.
