Anyone here from Peckham,camberwell green area in London?

Question

If yes can anyone tells me if the camera at the traffic light in Camberwell green towards Oval is a speed camera or a traffic light camera?

It is a yellow one but placed near the traffic light.

could anyone enlight me

if it is close to traffic light, then it is traffic light camera. Don't speed though.
