Anyone here from White Plains, NY? Question about the rail system.?

How long would it take, on an average weekday, to get from White Plains, NY to the Grand Central terminal station in New York City?? Or, where would I be able to find that information? I just got a job in Manhattan and I'm thinking of moving to White Plains, but I don't want to keep my car. Thanks!

Rush hour service takes anywhere from 31 to 53 minutes  between White Plain and GCT.  (The varying times take into account local trains where the line is only double tracked).
