Anyone here have Restless Legs Syndrome?

Would like to know how others deal with this.

Would love to hear from all who are suffering with this. Would anyone like to see a section under Health for Sleep Disorders?

you know what i think about RLS i think that its all in your head and most of those pills they give you for it are probably a placebo and if your legs are restless guess what you should  do, GET UP AND MOVE AROUND!!!!!!!!!

yes I have it and it is awful leaving you exhausted. it was during the night and I just had to move my legs. Twitching, shudders, walking round the room and doing stretching exercises.I got a prescription from my doctor. I had tried all the old wives tales but non worked. The drug I got was from a range of Parkinson's disease..very small dose and it worked. Go to docs and see whats Be'st for you

My mom has RLS.  She usually takes medicine for it, but when she doesn't have any, she walks around the house for a couple of minutes and that takes the edge off of it.

You should talk to your doctor about different options and medications.

Follow up with your doctor if you haven't already.  Ask him about Re-quip.
