Anyone here honestly think that Goldberg was a great wrestler?

I thought he was good, but not great... To be honest, I liked him for his size and of course his finisher but not for his talent.

I kinda agree that he was as talented as Batista, but at least Goldberg didn't blotch everything.

unfortunately, some people think he is but for me, he's just one of those overrated, wanna be wrestlers who just got lucky to be given a chance to be popular..

I'm a HUGE Goldberg fan,but now that i think about nah not that much of a good wrestler.Maybe he's where Botchtista got his skills from lol. But be that as it may Bill Goldberg certainly was one of the greatest entertainers.

he is the most talented wrestler because he actually had real power batista is fake (yes i know wrestling is fake) he cant even do the batista bomb right

I really don't think many people consider Goldberg a great wrestler.  He just had a very "over" gimmick and lived up to the hype of being a 300 pound tank who ran over his opponents.

But put him in the ring with a "real" wrestler who doesn't sell Goldberg's hype and you see a bewildered 300 pound tank.  Check youtube for a clip of Lord Steven (William) Regal making Goldberg look foolish in the ring.

I was a huge Goldberg mark (Ultimate Warrior, too).  I loved the gimmick and he made it work.

Batista is a better wrestler and a better brawler, though.  Goldberg is just a tank.
