  1. Any mix of frozen fruit, juice, and milk or yogurt is good.  You can get good protein powders to add at a place like Whole Foods or any health food store.  Here's some fun recipes:

  2. These are two of my favorite

    1/2 can of peaches

    cup of soy milk

scoop of spirutien protein powder vanilla

    ice cubes

    or

    6 strawberries

    small banana

    cup of soy milk

scoop of spiurtien protein powder vanilla

    ice cubes

    blend! until thick

I can't have dairy it makes me really REALLY sick.

They sell it at kroger in the "whole foods" section right near the fresh fruit & veg, otherwise they sell it at most health food stores, co-op's, GNC, even smoothie King sells them.

  3. half a glass of yoghurt

    1 banana

    1-2 apples

    bit of honey

    and blend

    MMMmmmm....

  4. 2 scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

    Handful of frozen mixed berries

    1/2 or whole banana

    8 oz of 2% milk

    Blend until smooth.

    So yummy!

  5. 1 banana

1 yogurt, your choice (I like raspberry or strawberry)

1 spoon of protein powder (optional)

    1 cup skim milk

    1/2 tsp. Splenda
