Anyone here on the Isle of Wight?

My father's family is originally from the Isle of Wight in the 1600's.  We supported the Stuarts and when Cromwell came to power, left for Barbados, ended up in America and the rest is history.  Many people bearing our surname still live in the south of England.  My father is related to the Dutch Crown and may be one of the  many Stuarts who come from King Charles II, according to family legend.  For the record, I don't think my family ever returned to their homes.
