Anyone here use Telstra Mobile Services ..?

If so, do you know how to put a 'Caller Tone' on.

Someone told me to do it through the internet......

Hello

Actually Mobile is not good for Body. It makes vibration and pressure on Body. When ring stone starts you body also start Pressure.

I do not know about Telstra Mobile services.

I am not keeping Mobile. I am having Landline in House and office.

i know what you mean. caller tones like the ones poeple hear when THEY call you.

i only know how to do it on a next G so if urs isnt sorry.

go into ur menu and find "my place"scrole thru and find "downloads" u will need to subscribe but its only like $3 a month...  any way, once youre in just go to caller tones, that will bring up about 5 popular tones and if you dont like that you can go to "find more" and that will bring them up... once you find one it will explain how to set it up. other than subscription if you stay on the telstra pages it wont cost you a thing unless you buy something.

do you mean a dial tone?

a caller tone (caller tune?) - a ring tone?

I gather you want to use a specific tune or sound as the ring tone for your phone to individualise it?

don't bother sending an sms (to a 19xxxx number) to one of those rip off companies always advertising on the tv, magazine, internet and everywhere as they are mostly a subscription service where if you send the request you are actually agreeing to sign up wit hthem for a daily tone or similar for around $6 a time.... it adds up and it is difficult to sign off these friggin things....

sorry got off track I guess... what kind of phone do you have? infra red or bluetooth ?

cable to connect it to the computer? modern phone or older one? colour or black and white

can it play MP3's (ok so now I am going way too much into the thing huh?...)

my phone (for example ) is a samsung (would prefer a nokia as I just like their phone better but at the time they didn't have next g in nokia..)  and I have a cable and a program (program came with the phone free...) where I can transfer tones(ore songs or sounds of many people farting if I want to ... lol)  I have downloaded from the internet straight onto my phone (FREE!!!)  or the phone has a recorder where I can record sounds and use them as my ringtone (playing them from an internet page for example)
