Anyone here with RV's ever have a water pump die?

Water pump?  You mean for the fresh water or the pump on the engine?  Assuming you mean the pump for the fresh water tank, first check if it is stuck, may need some oil or it is dirty.  Next, check the voltage going to the wires, must be a full 12v to run the pump usually.  Next check the wiring to the pump, positive and ground wires should be clean and free of any breaks, do a continuity test on them with a voltmeter. Make sure all hoses are free and have no kinks or bends to restrict the flow of water.  If all  else  fails, go to a marine store and buy a cheap 12v pump for about $15.00 and change the thing.  Good luck, hope this helps.
