  1. i fell asleep

    was there a riot

  2. He wont do any thing for the a-league coz it was once off game, they came to see him play. lover from ozz, you had crack at me on another question,re this game, becks, yes he did score a goal, you forget to add he gave a terrible little pass back to his team mate that went straight to a Sydney player, who in turn passed it further on and a goal was scored to Sydney, he also took a dive, he rolled his ankle before that tackle if you watch it properly, then he limped around for while, trying to make an excuse to get off b4 he jumped on that free to score his goal, great kick, by the way, overreacted like a little Mary when that young bloke tackled him, slo mo showed he didn't even touch him, then the dirty so and so kicked that same young bloke, actually lined him up and kicked him, you forgot to ad that. good riddance to the show pony.

  3. normally i hate soccer because they hardly ever score and act like prima donnas when they get touched. However i did watch the game and liked it. but why cant teams play like that more often and open up and play attacking soccer, sure beats boring 0-0 games.

  4. nah the grass was starting to shoot and grow,so i had to make a decision on which would be more exciting.........i chose the grass :(

  5. Loved it!

David Beckham was the draw card and I was happy for him when he kicked that goal.

The A league needs as much publicity as it can get because of the game not being very big in the US.

By recruiting Becks it has brought heaps of attention to the game, and hopefully people might start to like it.

I was happy that Sydney won being an Aussie but of course loved watching Becks do his thing.

After all, if he wasn't there, they wouldn't have got over 80 thousand people in the telstra dome.

  6. I was there, and I thought it was great!

I love playing soccer, but often it can be boring to watch, I find it exciting to watch a high scoring game, I don't know how seriously any of the boys were taking the match, there were some shocking passes from Becks, from some of the Sydney boys and especially from the galaxy, but there was good stuff also - Beckham's goal was worth the price of admission alone (my ticket was free!).

I think they need to market the game more, and last night might have helped a teeny tiny bit!
