Anyone know Romantic dinner restuarants around OC?

Our 1 year is coming up soon, and if people around Orange County knows any good restaurant thats classy and inexpensive, just a nice romantic place where she could tell all her friends that i took her to would be nice. BTW i'm 18 and i'm looking for like a place where dinner for both of us would cost like 40-50 bucks

Harborside Pavillion is in Balboa in the Fun Zone area - go in advance to look at the tables because I can't remember exactly, but I think they have booths facing the water - or just ask for a seat with a view.  They have good food and you can take a ride on the ferris wheel that is just outside after that http://www.harborside-pavilion.com/defau...

You could also get reservations at this place called Habana - sit on the patio b/c they have candles and cool lighting out there - the food is amazing - don't be nervous b/c it's cuban - I was nervous to try it but it's just like chicken and pot roast type of foods with yummy sauces and stuff - it would be really romantic and the prices are totally reasonable - they don't have a website but I found these reviews http://www.yelp.com/biz/habana-costa-mes...
