sausage balls with green onions in them that they cook in a pot full of water and soysauce served over rice?

Anyone know what its called?

  3. I'm not sure but is it like meat ball?

    If it is, we call it "niku dango", "tsukune" or "tsumire".

    Niku dango is made with meat, such as beef, pork or chicken.

    Tsukune is made with pork, chiken or fish meat.

    Tsumire is made with fish meat.
