Anyone know a R.E. company in So Cal that can give me 80/20 split or better? I need no office or phone?

I have my broker's license and I'm just looking for a firm to hang it with. I just need access to their paperwork and listings. I don't need an office or phone. Anyone know of any good companies that can offer around 80/20 splits?

What's in it for them.  Can you prove that you'll be producing some income for them.  If so, go to any small firm in the city you like.  Would you be willing to do any "training" classes in return for a better "split"?

Otherwise you go to ReMax and pay $1,000 a month and work anywhere you want.  That's 100% commission which isn't bad.
