Anyone know a cheap replacement i can use for a pool table that isnt slate?

???? im going to build one in votech just wonderin if anyone knew something i can use to make it with besides slate...any ideas

If you are building a mockup table any thing that you can put cloth on

if a real table Why would you not use slate??

pour some concrete make sure its level and smooth

You can use 1" thick particle board if you're looking for an inexpensive means to build your table. It is easy to cut and will last a long time as long as it doesn't get wet or isn't set in a room with excessive humidity.
