Anyone know a company in Manhattan (NYC) that can help design and print PVC wallet cards?

I am looking to create either 250 or 500 plastic wallet cards. I will need a logo and instructive text on two sides but need a little help with the design of the card (I already have a logo and text). Does anyone know a company in Manhattan, NYC that can do this for me?

it's not in Manhattan, but have you tried vistaprint.com? They have a ton of different cards and misc. business items for really cheap and they ship pretty quick.
