Yes, a VERY good way is to not use Internet Explorer.

Instead, use this program-

http://firefox.com  <--it is a W3C compliant browser that does NOT use ActiveX which is one of the leading causes of spyware infecting your computer. W3C is the World Wide Web Consortium- a group that sets the standards for the web. Microsoft tends to not follow W3C standards.

Firefox is far superior and much faster than just about any other browser out there.

Firefox can be configured to clear out your browsing history, cache, and form information each time you close the program making it a very safe and secure program to use!

With Firefox open, go to "Tools / Privacy / Settings" to set what you want it to clear out.

lol, been looking at p**n? To delete search boxes:

*Tools>> Internet Options>> Contents>> AutoComplete (under Personal Information)>> Clear forms

or instead of clicking clear forms, uncheck the box that says search so search engines no longer save your stuff.

Open inet options in the control panel and click clear searches for that.

Click tools> internet options> delete> everything> done.  Don't get screwed buying something you don't need.
