foreclosure listings? Cuz most of them you have to have a credit card..

  1. Dont know much but heard a little from a real estate friend.

    Totally FREE listings are probably very rare and maybe available by state or county. A friend used to browse local papers or publications from the county or state besides bank owned properties usually listed by the banks or institutions themselves for free.

    (1) Fed properties? ("HUD Homes").

    Go from there.............

    (2) Bank of America claims "Sign up to be e-mailed instantly when new bank-owned properties come available." on their properties.

    (4) Other independent reliable sources?

    (5) Other than that, local realtors may help for free.

    Last resort, free trial or credit card, on those sites you already know. (i-e: RealtyTrac)
