Anyone know a good place to buy good wall paper from? Grab bags?

I remember my mom got a grab bag years ago from a catolgue company that sold wall paper but she can't remember the name of them.

I am looking for thick wallpaper- 1750-1800 style.

I found a few places but it's $200 per roll.

Anyone else have any suggestions?

home depot, sherwin williams.... any place that sells hardware. Maybe even walmart

My mother recently put up similar wall paper.

She was able to find it at Sherwin Williams.  They have a great selection, and the best prices around.

This wall paper was really unique.  It reminds you of, the old style tin ceilings in century homes.  The kind with ornate patterns stamped into them.

One thing that was really nice about the wall paper, is she was able to paint it, once it was hung.  She painted it a dark charcoal grey, then, took a small roller and carefully painted the raised area white.

It looks GREAT!!!!  Very unique.  I have not ever seen anything like it.
