The Cook & Barker at Newton on the moor, Bays Bistro Whitley Bay, Linden hall Longhorsley, Matfen Hall - loads - it depends on what part of Northumberland

Lumley (sp?) Castle is very nice according to my freinds sister... she had her engagement do there.

i can reccomend the lord crew arms at bamburgh if you are in that area, i have been several times, they do fantastic food, but this is only suitable for small parties, hopr this helps xx

The Meadow House near Berwick. On the A1 at the third Berwick traffic island, been there and enjoyed good food and service.

The White Swan at Warenford.Never been ,but heard good reports.

The Tankerville Arms at Wooler, again never been but heard very good reports.
