like tutorials. not on photoshop, i mean like proper ones for spray paint.

I am the Guide to DIY Fashion at About.com.

You can make stencils for fabric spray painting out of any kind of cardboard for small projects, or out of acetate for long-term projects. Acetate is readily available at office supply stores in the laminating section.

I have compiled a library of stencils that you can print at home for spray painting, screen printing and patch making at my DIY Fashion site.
