Anyone know a good track workout for the summer?

gotta get ready for track this spring because I wanna come back full force...I do hurdles and I started doing the 400 meter this year with success...how can i further improve strength and endurance?

  2. to really build up strength and endurance, the best thing to do is run mileage

    slowly build up mileage byt he end of the summer to about 6 or maybe 7 miles, but dont increase mileage too quickly or you can get a stress fracture

    even though you are a printer, if your season isn't until the spring, then you don't really need to be training all that hard, you just need a base so that when intensive training does start, you can handle it

    but don't train too hard because you don't want to burn out mentally and you don't want injuries
