Anyone know a good way to contact Sandra Bullock?

You could find out who her agent is and get in touch that way, explain why you want to get in contact with her, and ask about the possibility of her attending your school. Or you could stalk her and then meet her in court.  Personally, I'd go for the agent way of meeting her.

she runs some kind of acting classes/seminars in austin, texas...try searching for that and you may find an agent number or at least some sort of contact.
