  1. here, this is what i've done before and it works. but change the mixture once a day or so.

take a container, (something you do not mind throwing out) like a margarine container and fill it with water. Then add Vanilla flavouring to it, and if you want some brown sugar also. mix that up. then add some liquid dish soap and mix it again but not to the point of bubles. and just set it somewhere the fruit flies are,

they will be atracted to it due it its sweet smell but when they land in the water they will be unable to get away or fly due to the soap.

(the flies kind of desolve in this mixture, its gross. but effective :D )

  2. Apple cider  vinegar put in small bowls or jar lids-works everytime-GUARANTEED!!

  3. Here's what I do when the little critters start multiplying....ready??

VACUUM CLEANER!!! The lil b******s all get sucked up, then empty the CUP outside. lol It works like a charm.

Another hint...move slowly and you'll get a good swarm of them in one shot. Then hold your hand over the suction hole to compress them inside the holding container. *squishing them* have fun:)

  4. Try extra hold hairspray. You'll be sweeping them up off the floor. It's safer to use than chemicals.
