Anyone know a good website on eye masses?

A couple of days ago, I noticed a mass in one of our horses' eyes, the same color as the pigment of the iris. To determine if we need to get a vet out, I'd like to look it up online, but I'm having trouble finding a picture of what I see in his eyes or finding a description of it online.

He's been kind of spooky as of late, and the mass in one eye is probably disrupting his peripheral vision. The mass in the other eye looks a little different, less defined and not the same color as his iris, more cloud-like.

I read an article in Practical Horseman a while back about a specific eye disorder concerning the "visor" on the upper side of the pupil, but I don't think it's that.

There's no discharge or weepy-ness, and he doesn't appear to be in any discomfort from it (besides being a little spooky).

Thanks all! I just don't know a reputable (and free) source to look up horse eye disorders!

The Merck Vet manual is the manual that ALL vets use because it is written by vets
