Anyone know a good website with plays and formations?

im sorta new to football and i dont know that much and im a right guard, but i dont really know what they mean when the say split left something wing lol or 21 lead zone blablabla.

hehe point is i only know some basic stuff for my job only.

You watch NFL teams play, and watch their plays.

You need to know your assignment for the play, 1-2 L.O.S., "Base Blocking", Pulling, Trapping, Pass Blocking, Draw Blocking.  You MUST know the "basic" plays of football b/c every other play in football basically builds from them (leads, sweeps, traps, passing, etc.).  After that the play for the skill guys may become different but your assignment will typically be the same.
