Hi,

I have used Cyberwurx.com for about 5 years now. I think they offer as low as 5-8 hosting and I'm extremely happy with it. I upgraded to the reseller package for just 20-30 dollars a month with unlimited site hosting. You may wish to do this if you are going to host multiple sites.

Most hosting companies don't offer monthly payment, and those that do usually have a huge setup cost.

I recommend Dreamhost:

I have used AwardSpace Hosting for years. it is inexpensive, exceptionally reliable and offers monthly billing plans, which are very flexible. They also have very good support. I do not work for them, nor am I a reseller. They are worth checking out.
