Anyone know a lawyer in NJ that would defend someone out of state? ?

i have a few fines from 10 years ago..and a failure to appear in court..i am now 27...with a newborn baby girl..a good job and a wife...and live in arizona...NJ courts want me to appear in court..and that is just not an option..i need a lawyer...ive called a bunch...some say they wont do out of state...2 said they could...but one wanted 8,000 all up front..and another 3,000 all up front...i dont have that kind of money..but i could definately do a payment plan. anyone know a good lawyer..please help..i need my driver license back..to take care of my family..thank you
