Anyone know a lefse recipe and want to compare?

If you don't know what lefse is, then you probably don't know how to make it and that's too bad for you. My family has a lefse-off every Christmas and the competition is pretty fierce.

Our family recipe passed with my Grandma and we have been trying to perfect it ever since. Any tips or tricks of lefse making would be appreciated!
